Sachin Goel, Head of CxG, is seen here planting a tree at the premises of Shriji Polymers (India) Ltd., to wrap up a productive visit to the company’s operations in Bavla, Ahmedabad, where the CxG team reviewed ESG practices across the company’s operations.

CXG noted that the company has implemented good safety practices across the plant including in the warehousing and storage areas, and also ensured that full and effective emergency preparedness measures are in place. It was also great to see multiple environmental initiatives in place such as the installation of a wastewater treatment plant to reuse treated water for gardening purposes.

CxG will continue to work together with the Shriji team to ensure the closure of gaps identified during the site visit, to strengthen the company’s sustainability journey.
