RESPONSIBLE INVESTING
Aligned with our ESG Policy, we consider material ESG factors associated with target companies when evaluating whether to invest in a particular company, as well as during the entire period of investment and exit.
During deal sourcing, we are guided by Creador’s Exclusion List, which excludes anti-ESG sectors such as tobacco, gambling, weapons, logging etc.)
During due diligence, all identified potential investment opportunities will be evaluated for material ESG risks as well as key improvement areas for ESG integration. We ensure investee companies agree and commit to addressing the ESG action items prior to our investment.
Post investment, CxG provides hands-on support to each of our portfolio companies to address the key ESG action items as well as to identify any ESG value creation opportunities.

Since 2021, Creador is a participant of the UN Global Compact initiative for sustainability and
responsible business practices. The UN Global Compact provides a framework of 10 internationally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour rights, protection of the environment and anti-corruption. To this end:

- We comply with the reporting requirements of UNGC that reflect our commitments to these
principles on human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
Signatory of Principle for Responsible Investment (PRI)
In April 2022, Creador has officially become a PRI signatory as part of its commitment to practice responsible and sustainable investment and ownership decisions. With this commitment, Creador will further strengthen its ESG integration approach and take the lead in bringing more positive impact to its investors, portfolio companies and the society.

Creador’s ESG Policy serves as the foundation of our commitment to incorporate ESG factors into investment decisions to better manage risk and generate sustainable, long-term returns. The Policy provides direction to our employees and external stakeholders in understanding the firm’s ESG beliefs. It communicates our commitments and aligns expectations with our investors, employees, portfolio companies, regulators, and local communities where we operate.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Creador’s Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) provides a systematic approach to ensure all E&S risks and opportunities are proactively managed throughout the lifespan of all investments. The ESMS approach has been fully integrated into the decision-making process and as such, E&S issues will form a significant element of our final investment decision.

The Creador Personal Data Protection Guidelines provide assistance to the employees of Creador in complying with the PDPA and supplement an internal Creador policies or guidelines.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY POLICY
Our Business Continuity Policy outlines how Creador will respond to events that significantly disrupt Creador’s business. The Policy is designed to help ensure that the essential advisory activities and business operations performed by Creador for its investor and portfolio companies can continue in the face of unanticipated circumstances or occurrences inclusive of pandemics which could render the normal systems, operations, procedures, sites, and staff either internally or with key service providers inoperable.
CxG and Creador+ help portfolio companies to evaluate business operations and identify meaningful ways to integrate ESG principles into their practices and processes. We aim to create impacts by managing risk, optimising resources, improving well-being of employees and enhancing brand value.
